Turnkey Interior Contractor in Vadodara
We started in Vadodara in 1997 as a false ceiling manufacturer. Over time the work grew — clients started asking if we could handle the civil scope too, then MEP. By 2017 we'd built the team to do all three under one contract. The HQ is still here, at 546/547 SWC Hub on Vasna Bhayli Road, and the manufacturing facility at Manjusar is about 25 km away.
What the work looks like in Vadodara
Vadodara has a strong industrial base — pharma, chemicals, engineering, auto components — and a lot of the projects here are factory fit-outs, admin block renovations and pharma facility interiors. On those projects we're typically doing civil groundwork, false ceiling (Gyproc or Saint-Gobain depending on the spec), HVAC with ducts fabricated at our Manjusar facility, and full electrical with RR Kabel FRLS wiring. For pharma specifically, FRLS wiring is standard — it's a fire-safety specification that matters in those environments.
Industrial areas we cover in Vadodara
Makarpura GIDC, Waghodia GIDC and Savli GIDC are all within our regular working area. Manjusar is where our own facility is, so we know that belt well. For corporate offices we cover the commercial areas — Alkapuri, Race Course, Akota. For real estate projects we've worked on some of the larger township developments in the city.
Projects we've completed in Vadodara
The Alembic City West Villa Clubhouse was one of our more visible Vadodara projects. 30,000 sq ft, luxury clubhouse interior for Alembic Real Estate — Vox Soffit acoustic ceiling, glass partitions, custom joinery, exterior glazing. It came out well enough to get published in a few architectural magazines. Separately, we completed the interior contracting for Osaka Pharmaceuticals in 2023 and Vilas Transcore (transformer manufacturer) in 2026.
Pharma is our biggest sector
More of our Vadodara projects have been in pharmaceuticals than any other sector. We don't advertise specific client names without permission, but if you're a pharma company in Vadodara or the Bharuch corridor and you want to speak to someone who's done this work before, call us. The key things that come up consistently in pharma projects are clean-room-compatible ceiling systems, FRLS wiring throughout, and coordinated HVAC — we've done enough of these to know where the common problems are.
Common questions
Can you do only civil, or only MEP, without the interior work?
Yes. We do standalone civil contracts and standalone MEP contracts. Not everything has to be turnkey. If you've got your own interior contractor and just need the civil groundworks, or the HVAC and electrical, we can price that scope separately.
Do you handle projects in Bharuch from Vadodara?
Yes. Bharuch and Ankleshwar GIDC are close enough to run from the Vadodara office. The pharma and chemical industries down that corridor are industries we've worked in extensively.
