Case Study
Alembic Villa Clubhouse
Alembic City West Villa is a premium residential township development by Alembic Real Estate one of Vadodara's most respected real estate developers. Sisco Profiles was appointed as the turnkey interior contractor for the West Villa Clubhouse, a centrepiece amenity for the township's high-net-worth residents. The project required a contractor capable of delivering luxury-grade interior quality across 30,000 sq ft coordinating multiple interior trades simultaneously under a single accountable contract, without compromising on the precision and finish standard expected by both the developer and its buyers.
Jagruti Rehabilitation Center
Jagruti Rehabilitation Center required a complete turnkey interior and civil fit-out for a new healthcare facility in Ahmedabad 33,000 sq ft covering every trade from foundation finishes through to soft furnishings, under a single contract.
Healthcare fit-outs impose requirements that standard contractors cannot handle reliably. Infection-control ceiling systems, fire-retardant low-smoke electrical wiring, coordinated HVAC air handling, medical-grade plumbing and tight programme delivery are non-negotiable. A contractor without healthcare experience will cause costly rework. An operator opening a new facility has zero tolerance for construction delays. Sisco Profiles was appointed as the sole turnkey contractor — one contract, one team, one accountable delivery from site mobilisation to handover.
