Civil Construction
Complete civil works using 4-inch solid block masonry throughout, with Ultratech Cement. Internal and external plastering, waterproofing of wet areas, and finished floor preparation across all zones of the facility.

Brands Used: Brixo AAC Block, Ultratech Cement, Tata Tiscon

Electrical
Full electrical installation using Schneider Electric switchgear and RR Kabel FRLS (Fire-Retardant Low-Smoke) wiring throughout. FRLS specification is standard for healthcare facilities  it reduces toxic smoke emission in the event of a fire. Distribution boards, sub-boards, lighting, power and earthing.

Plumbing & Hot Water

Complete plumbing was executed using Astral CPVC piping for cold water supply and Astral PVC for drainage throughout the facility both specified for their durability, corrosion resistance and suitability for a healthcare environment. Hot water is served by a centralised heat pump system supplying the entire facility from a single unit. This replaces individual geysers per room delivering consistent hot water across all patient rooms and bathrooms simultaneously, at significantly lower electricity consumption and with reduced maintenance overhead.

Glass Partitions
Internal glazed partition systems creating patient zones, nurse stations, consulting areas and administrative spaces within the facility.

Brands Used: Saint Gobain 

Flooring
Complete flooring across all 33,000 sq ft  specified for healthcare durability and cleanability across patient rooms, corridors, common areas and support zones.

Brands Used: Roff T03

Joinery & Furniture
Fixed joinery across reception counters, nursing stations, patient room furniture elements and administrative areas.

Brands Used: Birla Strong Plywood, Europa, Timex Laminates.

False Ceiling
Ceiling systems coordinated with HVAC diffusers, recessed lighting and fire detection above the ceiling line across patient rooms, common areas, corridors, reception and support spaces. Healthcare-appropriate cleanable ceiling specification throughout.
